Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then lightly grease a baking pan with oil, set aside along with half of your chopped apples. 

  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour into greased pan and top with remaining apples.

  3. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired and bake for 30-35 mins or until done in middle.

  4. Let cool then serve and enjoy!
