Directions

Preheat oven to 350 then lightly grease a baking pan with oil, set aside along with half of your chopped apples.

Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, pour into greased pan and top with remaining apples.

Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired and bake for 30-35 mins or until done in middle.

Let cool then serve and enjoy!
