Mason Jar Ramen


Ingredients:
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp miso paste
1/2 cup cubed tofu
1/2 carrot shredded 
1/2 cup kale 
50g  rice vermicelli noodles
1 tsp sesame seeds

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions
1. Layer in sauces, veggies, tofu, and noodles in a glass jar.

2. When ready to eat pour boiling hot water into the jar. Let sit for 3 minutes for the noodles to soften.

Fully Make at Home Version:
- 
Start by draining the tofu. Next cube it and use a paper towel to dry the tofu.
 - 
Next heat a generous amount of olive oil in a pan on medium heat and fry tofu until golden brown. .
 - 
Season to desired taste.
 - 
Layer in sauces, veggies, tofu, and noodles in a glass jar.
 - 
When ready to eat, pour boiling hot water into the jar.
 - 
Let it sit for 3 minutes for the noodles to soften.
 - 
Stir and Enjoy!!
 
Vegan Alternative: To 'veganize' this recipe leave out the chicken, cheese, and sour cream! Add extra black beans for more protein!
