Brown Butter and Sage Pasta

Serving Size: 1 person

Ingredients:

1 servings of Linguine pasta (1/8 of box)

1 tbsp of butter 

1.5 tbsp sage leaves

.5 tbsp grated garlic 

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of black pepper 

1/3 cup sliced mushrooms

Parmesan cheese

Directions

​1Fill a medium-sized pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the noodles to the water and cook for 7 minutes. 

2. Strain the noodles.

3. Warm the sage sauce

4. Top the noodles with sage sauce and parmesan cheese! 

​

Vegan Alternative: To 'veganize' this recipe substitute the butter with olive oil and leave off the parmesan cheese! Enjoy!
