Directions

  1. Put rice in pot, cover with water and cook until desired tenderness. Remove from heat, drain and set aside.

  2. Meanwhile drizzle oil in a large skillet, get hot over med heat then add pork. Pour cream of mushroom soup and sour cream over pork.

  3. Reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer until heated through out 5-7 mins stirring when needed.

  4. Serve over rice and enjoy!
