Cream of mushroom soup

Directions
- 
Put rice in pot, cover with water and cook until desired tenderness. Remove from heat, drain and set aside. 
- 
Meanwhile drizzle oil in a large skillet, get hot over med heat then add pork. Pour cream of mushroom soup and sour cream over pork. 
- 
Reduce heat to med-low, cover and simmer until heated through out 5-7 mins stirring when needed. 
- 
Serve over rice and enjoy!
