Lo Mein
Instruction:​

Boil water in a pot, add rice noodles and cook until soft, drain the water and set the noodles aside.

Add oil to a pan, place over medium heat, add veggies, stir and cook for 4 minutes or until tender.

Add shredded chicken and stir for 2 min.

Add sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add cooked noodles and toss everything together.

Serve and enjoy.
