Cornmeal
Directions

​Heat oil in pan over med heat, add veggies and saute for 8-10 mins.

Meanwhile in pot add 3 times the water as you have cornmeal. Bring water to boil and add cornmeal along with butter and salt and pepper to taste. Bring heat down to med-low and simmer until no water is left and cornmeal is soft. You now have polenta.

Add sauce to veggies and heat thoroughly.

Spoon sauce over polenta. Serve and enjoy!!!
