Serving size: one person
Ingredients:

0.25 Onion                  4 oz Sliced Turkey

0.25 Sweet Potato         1 Clove Minced Garlic

0.5 Russett Potatoe         0.5 tsp Butter

0.5 Beet                      0.5 tsp Flour 

1 Carrot                       1/3 Cup Chicken Stock

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Place the chopped vegetables in a baking tray. Drizzle oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Check at 30 minutes and bake for an additional 10 minutes if needed.

  3. Heat the sliced turkey and gravy in the microwave. Pour the gravy on the turkey.

  4. Serve and enjoy!!
