Directions

  1. In a pan on stove, or preferred method, cook bacon until crispy.

  2. Whisk eggs. Heat a pan with oil over medium heat, add eggs and scramble until cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Warm tortilla in microwave for 20 seconds, arrange eggs, bacon, and shredded cheese in center of tortilla. Fold and roll until sealed.

  4. In a pan get oil hot over medium heat, cook each burrito for 3 mins per side making sure to cook with seam side down first.

  5. Top each burrito with salsa if available and  desired

  6. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
