Summer Pesto Mini Meatball Soup

3 Tbs. Pesto
 - 
Meatballs
 - 
2 Tbs. Parm Cheese
 - 
Salt and Pepper to taste
 - 
2 Tbs. Oil
 - 
1/2 Onion, diced
 - 
4 Cups Chicken Broth
 - 
4 Cups Water
 - 
12 Ounces Ring Pasta
 
Directions
Top

Heat oil n large pot over medium heat, add onion and cook for 5 mins.
 - 
Add meatballs to pot and add broth.
 - 
Bring to simmer and stir in pasta. Cook uncovered for 10 mins stirring often.
 - 
Once pasta is cooked stir in the pesto. Garnish with Parm Cheese.
 - 
Serve and enjoy!!!
