How do I sign up for Remind? And what is it?

Remind is our way of comminicating with you, the customer. We use it to set up delivery times, communicate about not getting food for a week, and general buisness announcments. If you have a smartphone you can go to rmd.at/foodfwd and they will prompt you to set up an account and you will be added to our group! If you don't have a smartphone, text the message @foodfwd to the number 81010 and that can sign you up for text notifications!

What times are meals delivered? 

Currently, meals are delivered on Mondays between 12-2pm. 

What should I do if I am not home during delivery times? 

If you are not home at the time of deliveries on Monday that is OK! Let us know where to leave your meal ahead of time, and be sure to set your returns from the previous week in that spot! 

How can I provide feedback?

To provide feedback to improve our service just use one of the QR codes on this site. You can scan the QR code with your phone and fill out the feedback form.
