Directions

In large pot over med-high heat, bring lightly salted water to boil. Stir in pasta and cook until desired tenderness, 8-10 mins.

Meanwhile, with a sharp knife remove kernels off of cob of corn and mince garlic.

Melt half the amount of butter in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and onion and cook 1-2 mins. Salt and Pepper to taste.

To same skillet add remaining butter and corn, cook over medium heat for 6 mins. Add pasta and parm, cook for 2 mins, stirring constantly.

Stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice. Top with more herbs and parm if desired.
