Sheetpan Porkchops w/Seasonal Veg

Ingredients for 4 servings

For Porkchops:

4 Porkchops

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning

1/2 tsp Paprika

2 tsp Ranch Seasoning

For Seasonal Veggies:

4 cups Seasonal Veg

4 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Parm Cheese

​

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a baking sheet.

  2. Cut and season seasonal veggies with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and grated parmesan cheese. Arrange on 1/2 of the baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, garlic powder, Italian herb blend, paprika, and ranch seasoning.

  4. Add pork chops to the baking sheet, bake for 15-20 mins.
