1-2 Cabbage leaves

3 Eggs

1 cup diced cucumbers & carrots

1/2 tomato diced

3 tbsp mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, add salt and Cabbage leaves and cook for 2-3 mins. Drain the leaves.

  2. In a bowl empty the salad mix - cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and scrambled eggs. 

  3. Spread the cabbage leaf. Spread the sauce mix and layer the salad mix. 

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll the cabbage leaf.

  5. Serve and enjoy!!!
