1-2 Cabbage leaves
3 Eggs
1 cup diced cucumbers & carrots
1/2 tomato diced
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

In a large pot of boiling water, add salt and Cabbage leaves and cook for 2-3 mins. Drain the leaves.

In a bowl empty the salad mix - cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes and scrambled eggs.

Spread the cabbage leaf. Spread the sauce mix and layer the salad mix.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll the cabbage leaf.

Serve and enjoy!!!
