White Chicken Chili
Serving Size: 4 people, 394 cal/serving
Ingredients:
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
Canned white kidney beans (19oz) drained and rinsed
4 oz cream cheese room temperature
Canned corn (12oz), drained
1 tbsp corn starch
Canned green chilies (4.3oz)
1 tbsp water
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp Tabasco Green Sauce
Directions

​1. Add the chicken, beans, corn and veggies to a pot. Next add the chicken broth, green chilies tobacco sauce, spices and corn starch to the pot. Boil until the ingredients are cooked.
2. Cube cream cheese. Add the cream cheese to the pot and stir until melted.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve and enjoy!
Vegan Alternative: To 'veganize' this recipe replace the chicken broth with vegetable broth and skip the cream cheese!
