Directions

 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 450F. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. In a bowl whisk together maple syrup, dijon mustard and garlic

  3. Add chicken to the bowl, mix so that the chicken is coated on all sides

  4. Place the chicken in a baking tray. Spread any remaining sauce on it.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown.

  6. Serve and Enjoy!!
