Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 4 servings

2 cups oats

1 cup milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Seasonal fruit or other add-in (optional)

  • In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, syrup and vanilla. Refrigerate, covered, overnight.

  • Just before serving, top with nuts and fruit (optional)

  • Note: Always mix optional add-ins, whichever is provided, during second step of process. These will vary between chia seeds,  matcha, chocolate chips, seasonal fruit, and mixed nuts.​
