Instructions:​​

  1. Dumpling mix: take a bowl. Empty the dumpling mix and add half amount water (1/8 cup)

  2. Add oil to a pot, place over medium heat.

  3. Add veggies and cook for 4 minute

  4. Add in flour and cook for one minute

  5. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring and bring to a boil. Add water if needed. It should have enough liquid to cook the dumplings in them.

  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes

  7. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper.

  8. As the mixture is boiling, drop heaping spoonful of dumplings batter in the soup.

  9. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or so till the dumplings are cooked.

  10. Serve and enjoy
