Oat Cakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl add oat flour, melted butter, and salt if desired. Mix with fingers to combine.

  2. Add the hot water and knead the mixture together until the dough is no longer sticky.

  3. Roll into balls and flatten onto a baking tray.

  4. Bake for 25-30 mins.

  5. Layer with toppings: Peanut Butter, Fruits, or Eggs.
