Sausage Shell Soup

Serving Size: 6 People 
Ingredients: 
1.2 pound ground Italian Sausage 

1 small yellow onion

4 cloves garlic 

1.2 teaspoon dried basil 

.6 teaspoon oregano 

1.2 teaspoon cayenne 

.6 teaspoon mustard powder

1.2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

1.2 cup heavy cream 

6 cups chicken broth

2.4 cups Kale chopped 

2.4 cups Shell Pasta

Directions

Top
  1. In a pot cook shell pasta till soft, about 7 minutes. Drain it.

  2. Reheat meat. In a pot, add the meat, vegetable broth and stir heavy cream in slowly. 

  3. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. 

  4. Add kale, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Add cooked pasta. Add water and salt if needed. Bring to a boil.

  6. Serve and Enjoy!
