Sheetpan Chicken with Root Vegetables

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Lightly coat a baking sheet with oil. Cube all vegetables into uniform pieces to promote even cooking.

  2. Combine vegetables in a large bowl and drizzle with oil. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.

  3. Evenly spread onto baking sheet in a single layer. Put into oven and bake 20-25 mins, stirring halfway through. 

  4. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from oven and nestle chicken evenly spaced among vegetables. Bake for additional 20-35 mins. 

  5. Sprinkle with parm, serve and enjoy!!!!!!​
