Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pot. Crumble Chorizo and stir until cooked through.

  2. Mince and add garlic. Stir and add diced onion. Stir until translucent.

  3. Add diced vegetables and soaked beans. Add chicken stock and water as needed.

  4. Let the vegetables and beans cook through, about 15 minutes.

  5. Add spices to taste.

  6. Serve and Enjoy!!
