4 Chicken Breasts-4 oz each
4 Cups Seasonal Veggies
1/4 Tsp Pepper
3 Tsp minced thyme
1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Julienne all your vegetables and set aside.

Place each of the chicken breasts on a 12 inch piece of foil.

Layer your veggies over chicken and season to your liking.
-
Seal foil tightly around chicken and veggies and place on baking sheet in oven for 25-30 mins.
