4 Chicken Breasts-4 oz each

4 Cups Seasonal Veggies

1/4 Tsp Pepper

3 Tsp minced thyme

1/2 Tsp Salt

Lemon Wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 

  2. Julienne all your vegetables and set aside.

  3. Place each of the chicken breasts on a 12 inch piece of foil.

  4. Layer your veggies over chicken and season to your liking.

  5. Seal foil tightly around chicken and veggies and place on baking sheet in oven for 25-30 mins.
