Tofu Salad and Soup
Directions

Measure the lentils and rinse them thoroughly.

Saute onions and ginger garlic paste in a bowl. Add lentils and three times water. Keep heat on high till water starts boiling.

Cook lentils on medium heat half-way through for about 8 minutes. Add the remaining mixture of tomatoes, bay leaf and curry powder to the lentils. Cook till lentils are soft, about 8 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Empty the salad mix in a bowl. Add dressing and toss.

Enjoy the salad and soup!

1 Scallion
1 tbsp salt
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
1 Cup Fried tofu
1 Avocado
1/4 Cup of Corn
1/2 Cup Cucumbers
1/2 Cup Tomato

Pan Fried Tofu Seasoning:
Corn Starch
Black Pepper
Salt
Chili Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika Powder
Olive Oil

Tahini Sauce:
1cup tahini
1 cup water
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
