Ingredients for 4 Servings

4 Cups Broccoli, cut into florets

2 Cloves Garlic, thinly sliced

3 Tbsp. Oil

4   6 Oz Chicken Breasts

1 Cup Flour

1 Lemon, cut into slices

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425, Toss broccoli and garlic with 1 Tbsp oil, salt, and pepper; roast 10 minutes.

  2. Pound chicken breasts to even thickness, season with salt and pepper and coat in flour.

  3. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high and cook chicken until golden brown,
 3 to 5 minutes per side.

  4. Nestle chicken amidst broccoli and roast until chicken is cooked through out, about 8-10 mins.

  5. In same skillet over medium heat add oil, once hot add lemon pieces and cook while stirring for 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and 1/3 cup water and cook 3 mins. Spoon over chicken and serve with broccoli.
