Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients:

½ Red Pepper chopped

1 cup Broccoli florets

2 Carrots chopped

1 cup Cauliflower Florets

½ cup Rice

6oz Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Cooking the rice:

  1. Measure the rice and rinse it
  2. Add parts water and one part rice to a pan and bring to a boil

  3. Reduce to low heat and cook until water is absorbed (about 18 minutes)

  4. Turn the heat off, cover the rice and let it sit for a few minutes

 

  1. Stir fry the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower for 5-10 minutes on medium heat

  2. Add the red pepper and heat for additional 2 minutes

  3. Add the Teriyaki sauce and ½ as much water

  4. Add salt to taste

  5. Mix all ingredients in the pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes

  6. Serve rice and top it with the stir fry
