Teriyaki Stir Fry
Serving size: -- people -- cal/serving
Ingredients:
½ Red Pepper chopped
1 cup Broccoli florets
2 Carrots chopped
1 cup Cauliflower Florets
½ cup Rice
6oz Teriyaki Sauce
Directions
Cooking the rice:
- Measure the rice and rinse it

Add parts water and one part rice to a pan and bring to a boil

Reduce to low heat and cook until water is absorbed (about 18 minutes)

Turn the heat off, cover the rice and let it sit for a few minutes

Stir fry the carrots, broccoli and cauliflower for 5-10 minutes on medium heat

Add the red pepper and heat for additional 2 minutes

Add the Teriyaki sauce and ½ as much water

Add salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in the pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes

Serve rice and top it with the stir fry
