Directions

  1. Add butter to a saucepan. Add finely minced garlic and sauté. Then add diced seasonal vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes. 

  2. Add water twice the amount of oats and bring it to a boil.

  3. Add oats. Turn the heat to medium-low and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened.

  4. Add salt and pepper.

  5. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
