Italian Tuna Orzo Salad

Servings: Four

Ingredients:

​

8 oz orzo pasta

2 handfuls of baby spinach, roughly chopped

2-5 oz cans of tuna

Half onion, peeled and diced

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/3 cup chopped fresh basil

Directions

Top

1. In large pot cook orzo until desired tenderness. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water until chilled.

2. Transfer pasta into large bowl. 

3. Add remaining ingredients along with prepared dressing, toss until combined.

4. Season to taste with salt and pepper, serve and enjoy!
