Directions

  1. Cut up Vegetables and place in bowl. Set aside. Mince garlic.

  2. In a large skillet heat oil over med-high until hot, add breakfast sausage and garlic and cook until no longer pink, around 12 mins. Drain off grease and place aside in bowl.

  3. In same skillet drizzle oil and get hot over med-high heat, add vegetables and toss to coat. Cook for around 3 mins then lower heat to medium and cook until fork tender. 

  4. Return sausage to pan and cook about 3 mins or until sausage is warm.

  5. Serve and enjoy!!!
