Pumpkin Puri Dough

Directions

  1. In a pot add oil for frying. Keep the heat over med-high until the oil is hot. 

  2. While oil is heating roll dough into small balls. Flatten with a rolling pin, hands, or a small glass cup. 

  3. Carefully release the Puri's into oil one at a time. Cook until golden brown on both sides, turning once during the process. Do not keep in oil over 3 mins or they will become brittle.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
