Cooked Chicken (chickpeas for vegan servings)
Diced Onions
Diced Carrots
Sauce Blend (cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, minced garlic, lemon zest, Veg/chicken better than bouillon, gluten free flour)
Dressing (honey, lemon juice, olives, cilantro)
Couscous (rice for GF servings)
Directions

Separate the diced onions and carrots.

Heat oil in a pan. Add diced onions and sautee till golden brown.

Add the sauce blend. Mix well. Add one cup of water per serving. Add diced carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes till carrots are to desired softness. Add water if needed so that carrots can cook.

Add chicken, mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Add salt to taste.

Add dressing and mix well.

In a pot heat water (for 1 cup couscous take 1.25 cup water). Add little oil or butter and salt. Then add couscous, cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat till the water is fully absorbed. Fluff it with a fork.

Serve chicken tagine on couscous and enjoy!!
